About Boyne Towers
Attached to the Boyne Lodge, the Boyne Towers is a four-storey independent living apartment building offering 36 single (studio) suites and 4 double (one bedroom) suites. Built by the community in 1979, the building is totally accessible, and amenities included mail service, laundry facilities, a common room with a small kitchen for events, a quiet/games room and a security system. Because the Towers is linked to the Boyne Lodge, residents can participate in the Boyne Lodge Adult Day Program, and provincially funded Home Care services are available.

The provincial Services for Seniors in Group Living Program funds a resource person on-site to assist residents in day-to-day needs like booking appointments and filling out forms as well as organizing opportunities for residents to socialize – daily coffee gatherings, movies, bingo, birthday celebrations, crafting and more.
There is an indoor link to the Boyne River Bistro, a licensed restaurant open to the public located in the renovated Boyne Lodge, where residents can enjoy a lunch or supper with family and friends. Residents can order take-out meals from the Bistro or have meals from a community congregate meal program delivered to their door.

There is also a direct link to the Boyne Park, a lovely accessible outdoor space developed in 2011 with the support and hard work of the volunteer “Friends of Boyne Park”, where summers find residents planting flowers and vegetables in multiple raised beds.
Boyne Lodge Campus Charity supports activities and projects at the Towers, including providing internet and TV services in the Common Room, aquariums with colourful fish for the residents to enjoy, and fulfilling other needs as identified by the SSGL resource person.

Please Note
The Boyne Towers is owned and operated by Southern Health-Santé Sud and is managed by Boyne Lodge personnel.
